Become an Equity Service Centre Drop-in Volunteer
A drop-in volunteer is expected to facilitate a community space where students and community members can stop by to talk, study and seek referrals. Volunteers can volunteer as much or as little time as they would like. Volunteers are expected to uphold the values and processes of the Equity Service Centres which emphasis anti-oppression, safer space, reflection and intersectionality.

Training includes:
– Drop-in 101
– Active Listening Training
– Anti-Oppressive Frameworks Training
– Introductory Crisis Intervention and De-escalation Training
– On and Off-Campus Referral Services
– Prasticising Mental Wellness, Self-care and Community Care
– Accountability Pledge
